Rosie Huntington Whiteley (born in England) is an English model and businesswoman. Her meteoric rise to fame started when she starred as the female main character in the Transformers films. In the years since, she has appeared in many other films like Mad Max Fury Road, The Meg and others. Victoria's Secret, a well-known American business that manufactures and sells women's underwear, womenswear, and beauty items is where she first made her fame. Her work is also renowned for her work with Burberry the British high-end fashion brand as she was named the brand's face for the fragrance of their brand Burberry Body. The actress eventually branched out into acting as a support role in the American sci-fi action film Transformers Dark of the Moon which was the third installment in the popular Transformers film series. The film had a massive commercial success and earned over $1 billion in revenue. The film received multiple Oscar nominations. In addition, she appeared as a character in Mad Max Fury Road a couple of years later. It was a commercial success which allowed her to succeed in making the transition to an acting career rather than just modeling. In her career so far she's received numerous honors like being named the Elle Style Award Model of the Year award in 2009 as well as The Harper Bazaar Women of the Year Award for Model of the Year and Businesswoman of Year the years 2014 and 2016, and 2016 respectively. Forbes magazine also ranked her among the best models in the world.
